Strategic Plan

In the spring of 2023,over one hundred staff members, students, board members, and community stakeholders set out to encapsulate the hopes and dreams of our entire learning community through our strategic plan development process. We reminisced about our history, dreamed about our future, and identified district priorities.  Following this event, our administrative team developed a strategic plan focused on five pillars.  This plan guides our building level and individual staff member goals for five years from 2023-2028.  These goals will serve to develop clarity of purpose and a positive direction for the Ashwaubenon School District. As a high performing and supportive school district, we are both optimistic and confident that our strategic plan will contribute to helping each child receive what they need to develop to their full academic and social potential.
