YOUR ELECTED SCHOOL BOARD

The Ashwaubenon School Board is comprised of five board members who are elected at-large by the Ashwaubenon School District citizens.  There is also one Open Enrollment representative who is appointed by the Board. Board terms are for three years, with elections held annually on the first Tuesday of April.  Citizens who are interested in seeking election to the school board may contact Jennifer Bower, School Board Election Clerk, via email or phone at (920) 492-2905 ext. 1002.

The Ashwaubenon School Board meets the second Wednesday of every month.  All meetings start at 6:30 p.m. in the Board Room at the District Offices, 1055 Griffiths Lane.  Agendas are posted on this webpage, as well as minutes from the previous meetings.

Community members are welcome to attend these open meetings.  At the beginning of every meeting, there is an opportunity for citizen input prior to the business portion of the agenda subject to the following criteria:

  • must be limited to items not on the agenda
  • must state name and address
  • limited to five minutes per item
  • Board's role is to listen and not discuss the item
  • personnel issues cannot be discussed (nor individuals named)
  • Board is not able to take action at this meeting

While there are no standing board of education committees that meet on a regular basis, ad hoc committees and task forces may be created as needed by the Board and their agendas would also be posted on this webpage stating date, time and location.

For questions regarding board meetings, please contact Andy Bake, Superintendent of Schools, by email or at (920) 492-2905 ext. 1003.
