World Language

   

"EVERYONE SMILES IN THE SAME LANGUAGE!"

 

The Ashwaubenon School District is one of the few districts in the state of Wisconsin to offer a Grades 1-12 World Language Program.

 

 

The curriculum is based on:

  

 

Classes in either Spanish or German are required in grades K-5. The specific language offered to students is chosen during enrollment. 

 

Grades 1-12 World Language Instruction By Grade and Location

 
  Spanish or German
Pioneer Elementary and Valley View Elementary  
 1st Grade Two days a week (60 minutes)
 2nd Grade Three days a week (90 minutes)
 3rd through 5th Grade Four days a week (120 minutes)
 Parkview Middle School  
 6th through 8th Grade 51 minutes, every other day
Ashwaubenon High School  
 9th through 12th Grade All Spanish and German classes are electives
