Ashwaubenon Community & Parents of Ashwaubenon Students,

The Ashwaubenon School District understands the importance of communication as we work together, with our entire community, to continually improve our schools. To best communicate with you, our customers, we've created this survey to help determine how and what you'd like to hear from us. This community-wide survey is directed at both student households and non-student households. It is open from Tuesday, May 1st through Friday May 25th, 2012. You can complete the survey either online, at www.ashwaubenon.k12.wi.us/surveycomm.cfm, or on paper. We prefer you take the survey online! Paper copies are being mailed to all Ashwaubenon households. The Ashwaubenon School District, including all schools, utilize the district website as the main source of information. We communicate to parents of current Ashwaubenon students via our website, email, phones, postal mail and systems such as PowerSchool (grades and attendance), WordWare (lunch), etc. Communicating with those who aren't parents of current Ashwaubenon students - the majority of our community - is more difficult since we don't have that group's email addresses and phone numbers at our disposal. While we strive to keep our entire community informed, we are also conscientious of conserving taxpayer dollars and the environment.

So, please provide your valuable input by completing one survey per household. It should take less than 10 minutes to complete. After the survey closes, the results will be posted on this same page of our website and, paper copies will be made available upon request.
