Welcome to our online method to sign up for Parent-Teacher Conferences. We use a system called PTCWizard, which we piloted last year. We had great success and rave reviews from parents about our new method so, we look forward to continuing with it this year. This page will be updated throughout the school year as we approach the various Parent-Teacher Conference dates.
PTCwizard is a different system than PowerSchool, our student information system that keeps track of grades, attendance, contact information, etc. You do not need to access PowerSchool in order to register online for Parent-Teacher Conferences. However, if you don't know who your child's teachers are, logging into PowerSchool will give you that information.
REMINDERS ABOUT THE SYSTEM
Typically, letters will be emailed or sent home, prior to the registration window opening, reminding parents of this system. Links to those letters will appear below:

PREPARATION FOR PARENTS
Before logging into PTC wizard to reserve your Parent-Teacher Conference time slot(s), please prepare by doing the following:

Know your child(ren)'s teacher's name(s) that you want to conference with. If you do not know the teachers' names, either ask your child or login to PowerSchool Parent Access.

Familiarize yourself with PTC wizard by reading this entire web page and, if necessary, the detailed instructions.

If you do not have a computer or internet access, we suggest you:

Use a computer at the local library, friend’s house, relative’s house, etc.;

Ask your employer’s permission to use a company computer;

Call the school office to schedule your conference.
OVERVIEW OF THE PROCESS
An overview of the process to reserve your Parent-Teacher Conference time slot(s) is:

Register/Sign-In using your email address and a password you create.
At the start of each school year, parent accounts are NOT carried over from the previous year so, you must setup (i.e. Register) a new account each year. You only have to Register once a school year.
For subsequent conference dates (Winter, Spring), you can simply Sign-in to your existing account. If your email has since changed, you can update it once you sign-in by clicking on 'My Account' near the top right of the window.

Add all your child(ren)'s names to your account.
Again, at the start of each school year, you'll have to add your child(ren)'s names to your account.
For subsequent conference dates (Winter, Spring), your children will still be on your account.

Select which conference you want to register for the particular school you are logged into.

Select the teacher or teachers you want to conference with.

Select the time slot you'd like with each teacher.

Review your schedule.
FYI...

You only create one account, even if you have children at multiple schools. In other words, your account is district-wide.
Separated/Divorced parents can create separate accounts if they attend conferences separately, at different times.

When reserving a time slot, you will either:

Check that time slot's box if you have one child or,

Select which child for that time slot, via a pull-down menu listing all your children, if you have multiple children.

If you forget your password, you can click the 'Forgot your password?' link on the login page and the system will email you your password.
