PowerSchool is the student information system we use for grading, attendance, demographics, etc. It includes a Parent/Student Access feature which allows parents and students to keep up to date on grades and attendance. Parent/Student access is not available for 4 year-old Kindergarten (4K) parents and students since grades are not given at that level.


Click on the link below to get to the PowerSchool Parent/Student Access login screen where you will be asked for a Username and Password. Typically, Usernames and Passwords for new students will be mailed home within two weeks of attending our schools. Because they do not change from one school year to the next, please do NOT discard your Usernames and Passwords at the end of a school year. If you've lost your login information, you must email powerschool@ashwaubenon.k12.wi.us with your name, your child's name(s) and mailing address. The login information will then be mailed home via the U.S. Mail.

The login page also includes instruction sheets which are accessible without having to login.

FYI: PowerSchool is a different system than PTCwizard, our online registration system for Parent-Teacher Conferences. You do not need to access PowerSchool in order to register online for Parent-Teacher Conferences. However, if you don't know who your child's teachers are, logging into PowerSchool will give you that information.
