Technology Education students will experience learning according to their individual interests in a realistic, supportive, and collaborative environment. Technology Education will equip students with skills that will prepare them for the realistic picture of the workplace. The class will include problem-solving, critical thinking, the design process, technology literacy and integration, hands-on activities, and craftsmanship. In this individualized format, the disciplines are interwoven into the curriculum including language arts, science, math, social studies, and art. Students will apply their technical skills, knowledge, and processes to real-world experiences. Tomorrow’s workers participate in teamwork, citizenship, leadership, and character development activities.
