PFC Sponsored Event / Project Coordinator Summary This form is for Event Coordinators. Please fill out the form if you’ve
organized an event for the PFC. The purpose is to capture vital details that next year’s coordinator will need to use
to get the event off the ground in an efficient manner while striving to improve the effectiveness of the event. Each
year’s event coordinator will fill out this form with that year’s updated info.

Request for Funds from PFC This form is to be filled out by persons requesting funds/grants from the PFC. It should be completed and given to the Principal by the end of day Wednesday prior to a monthly PFC meeting. It will be included on the agenda that will be posted on this website by Friday before the monthly meeting. The person asking for funds will make the request at the PFC meeting and be able to answer questions regarding the need for funds. A written vote will take place at the meeting. Principal will notify requestor of decision after the meeting.

CHESS TOURNAMENT REGISTRATION FORM   The 2013 Wisconsin Scholastic Chess Federation tournament will be held at Parkview on Saturday, February 23rd.
