FREE / REDUCED MEALS
Forms for participation in this federal support program are included below. You can also stop by any school office or the Ashwaubenon District Office to fill out a form before the school year starts. Families MUST REAPPLY each school year. This form does not transfer from one school district to another.
If you qualify for free/reduced meals, complete the forms and return them to your school or the District Office immediately. The federal program will cover the cost for one breakfast and one meal per school day. Families are responsible for all charges until the forms are processed. A la carte is a separate program and is NOT part of the federal meal program. Families are responsible for all A la carte charges.
