The early bird sale for yearbook begins October 5 and continues until October 19. During this brief period of time, yearbooks will only cost $55. No exceptions will be made after the 19th of October. After the sale ends, books will go up to the cost of $60 and will rise to $70 at the end of the school year. Make sure you take advantage of the special cost during the early bird sale in October!

“The Paw” Yearbook publication is offered as a course after school to any student who has successfully completed Publication Designs class. The yearbook staff looks for diligent workers and leaders who are self-motivated to take pictures, design pages and write copy/captions. Student staff members work on assignments, photography, conduct interviews and complete several yearbook pages by a given deadline.

If you’d like to be part of the yearbook staff, register to take the prerequisite Publication Designs course during the school day where you’ll learn the basics of producing all kinds of publications. Learn how to operate digital cameras, edit photos and create online scrapbooks, as well as write quality copy and captions. The class also takes a field trip to the Green Bay Press-Gazette to see real reporters behind the scenes. Learn about interviewing skills and the importance of meeting deadlines. Apply to be on the yearbook staff by turning in an application and teacher recommendation.
