The AHS Performing Arts Club is a drama education and entertainment organization that seeks to give students opportunities to develop stage performance skills and enjoy live performing. All students involved in the One-Act Play, Musical, or Spring Play are automatically members of the PAC. Meetings are held on Tuesdays in Room 165 and on "Green Club" Wednesdays in room 162.
The Performing Arts Club members are excited to be sponsoring a "KIDS DRAMA WORKSHOP" on Saturday, January 19, 2013 for 3rd-8th graders who would like to learn more about performing on the stage. For the registration form and more information on the Kids Drama Workshop, click here!
The Performing Arts Club is also involved in running the AHS Talent Show and providing drama workshops and support for its members throughout the year.
In preparation for the production of Fiddler on the Roof, this past fall's drama workshop for the high school students was a session with drama expert April Deming to learn more about performing with accents.
