The AHS musical is performed in the fall, with auditions usually held shortly after the start of school in early September. In 2011, the students were excited to perform in the musical FIDDLER ON THE ROOF. The November 2011 productions were well-attended and everyone loved the story of Tevya and his family as they struggled with their fellow villagers in the early 1900's to hold on to their traditions and family values amidst the troubled times of the Russian Revolution.

There are great opportunities for students to get involved in the musical productions each year as a cast member, stage or tech crew member, scenery, publicity, costumes, etc.
