Head Coach Scott Putman is an avid ski racer who teaches the technical and training sides of the sport. He has skied for over 35 years and coached for 10. Scott is the team fitness trainer. He leads practice workouts and trains the elite skiers.
Assistant Coach Kyle Demerath is a former ANST and Michigan Technological University skier. He assists with varsity skiers and focuses on proper ski technique and racing strategies.
General Manage Catherine Egelhoff organizes all team activities, trips, and events and assists with coaching beginning high school skiers.
Assistant Coach Phil Nelson is a ski racer and active cross country ski organizer in the area. Phil has skied for over 30 years and coached for 7. Phil coaches middle school and training at various levels specializing in proper ski technique.
Assistant Coach Bernie Rocheleau is an AHS teacher and is the school-team representative. He has skied for over 25 years and coached for 4. Bernie is responsible for coaching middle school and working with beginner training.
Assistant Coach Kevin Fermanich teaches at UWGB and daughter Lydia skis on the team. Kevin works with high school skiers on various techniques.
Assistant Coach Keith Lauritsen leads group workouts and skis mainly with the elite skiers.
Assistant Coach Gary Kosloski assists with with large and small groups on various techniques and waxing.
Assistant Coach Nick Reckinger is in his second year coaching. He is a former HS skier and collegiate soccer player and is working to be the third elite wave Birkie skier on the staff.
