The Department of Public Instruction (DPI) requires that school districts complete a combined Information Technolgy Literacy Plan every three years. This plan must focus on four areas:

• Educator Proficiency
• Effective Teaching and Learning Practices
• Access to Information Resources and Learning Tools
• Systems Support and Leadership
