FIELD TRIPS

Field trips are an important part of our educational program. We welcome parents’ participation. Parents can accompany the class on the bus for field trips, however, siblings or children other than Cormier students are not allowed to ride the bus. Parents may transport their own children to and from a field trip, but you may not transport other Cormier students. Parents will be provided with information and a permission slip regarding each field trip. Written permission is needed before a child can go on each trip. A single written permission slip for walking field trips will be used. Any parent who does not want their child to participate in a trip should contact the child’s teacher and other plans can be made.

For safety reasons, behavioral concerns may preclude a child from attending a field trip or require parental supervision.
