QUESTIONS & ANSWERS FOR VALLEY VIEW SRTS Non-Infrastructure RFP

This section of the webpage will contain any questions raised by contractors regardiing the Valley View SRTS non-infrastructure RFP and answers to those questions. Questions can be submitted by emailing btaylor@ashwaubenon.k12.wi.us. The deadline to submit questions is Monday, February 11, 2013. Answers will be posted by Friday, February 15, 2013.

Should a bidder submit an RFP strictly from the information on this website, or should they do it through the State's VendorNet system?
- We strongly suggest you do it through VendorNet. If you are not currently registered on VendorNet, you will have to do that first then wait a couple days to be 'activated'. VendorNet's website is at http://vendornet.state.wi.us/vendornet/default.asp. If necessary, contact their support department at 1-800-482-7813 or vendrhlp@doa.state.wi.us.
How does a bidder find the RFP on VendorNet?
- You can search for the RFP on VendorNet using various pieces of information. We talked to a possible bidder who found our RFP by searching for the NIGP Code of 91832 which stands for Consulting Services.

Even though school is cancelled on Friday, February 22nd, the bid due date, our District Office at 1055 Griffiths Lane is still open and accepting bids up until the deadline of 3:00pm.
